  • The main stage and masterclasses are first-come-first-served on the day.
    Only workshops require pre-booking - we will email you directly with the link to pre-book those.

  • Please bring your ticket - you should have received it immediately upon booking.

  • Once you’ve signed up to the newsletter or booked a ticket, we’ll send you the quiz directly.

    Your result matches to a colour - the programme is colour-coded, so you can instantly see which sessions are most relevant to your stage.

  • Yes - a complimentary lunch is served between 12:00 – 2:00pm.

  • One Bartholmew Close is just a four-minute walk from St Paul’s Cathedral. This is a central location easy to reach from many places in London. View the map here.

    Accessible from St Paul’s (Central Line), Mansion House and Blackfriars (District and Circle Lines), and Bank (Central, Northern, and Waterloo & City Lines, and DLR)

    You can hire a bicycle at one of several docking stations within a three-minute walk.

  • Yes. Ticket bookers can update their details via the customer service portal here.

  • Yes! You can amend your booking here. You’ll be able to add to your existing order via the booking page - simply enter your order reference number (found on your ticket) and the email address used for your booking. This will let you bypass any additional transaction fees when purchasing extra tickets or the digital download.

    If someone else is taking your place you can transfer / amend your ticket via the customer service portal here.

  • Yes - the Chicago Booth School of Business, One Bartholomew Close, is a fully accessible venue.

    • Step-free access is available throughout the building.

    • Lifts serve all floors, including event spaces.

    • Accessible restrooms are located on-site.

    • Assistance animals are welcome.

    • If you require any additional support or adjustments on the day, please email ccc.rework@stillcurious.co in advance and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • We have catered for a range of known dietaries including vegan, gluten free, nut free and halal options but are unable to accommodate any individual dietary needs due to the format of the event.
